We are small team of 2 who are passionate about providing the highest quality tea products and services, we want you to love your tea experience! However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Teas and Tea Products
As tea is a delicate and perishable product, we typically don't accept returns. For this reason, we recommend purchasing smaller quantities such as ensuring the tea is to your liking before committing to larger a quantity. However, amazing quality is our top priority! If you encounter any issues with the freshness or taste of your tea, please reach out to us right away at urbanbrewcollective@gmail.com. We're dedicated to resolving your concerns and making sure your tea experience is delightful.
Accessories and Other Products
We understand that sometimes plans change, but we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive a non-perishable item that’s damaged or defective, we’re happy to exchange it within 7 days. To be eligible, the item must be in stock and you’ll need to let us know within that 7-day window.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging and unopened
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
